Unforgiven
Unforgiven is one of the newer trails offered at Winter 4x4 Jamboree! Out on the south side of Sand Mountain, past Plan B, Unforgiven is packed full of tall wall climbs, several technical sections and some off-camber turns and descents. Once on the trail, obstacles are non-stop requiring high belly clearence, commitment and the nerves it takes to push it up some of these climbs.
Scenery
This part of Sand Mountain has some breathtaking views of the Arizona strip and the Warner Valley below. Views that make you feel tiny in this beatutifully gigantic world.
Surface
Mainly slickrock with several short stretches of sand between sections.
Trail Details
Too many gnarly obstacles to have names, but the most challenging sections have very steep walls requiring a good approach, break-over and departure angles. newer 4-door vehicles are unlikely to get through the final wall climb, but bypasses are available. There will be obstacles in tight washes, some great slickrock climbs, in addition to rocky and sand climbs.
