Queens Court
Not your traditional Sand Mountain trail. This trail starts south of the East Rim trail. Queens Court is a beautiful trail that works it's way along several rugged washes and boulder landings. The trail features several challenging ledges and tall steps. Some off-camber negotiating is required to pass some of the large rocks. Two long and steep boulder infested hill climbs are some of the most enjoyable parts of the trail. Like most boulder trails, the lines for driving rarely remain the same, so be ready to be creative to navigate your vehicle through these sections.
Scenery
Awesome views of the Arizona border and Little Creek Mountain. The eastern views from the rim are amazing, and as you pass some of the right ravines, be ready to take some photos of some very unique scenery.
Surface
Dirt, large rocks and boulders.
Trail Details
Multiple steep rock ledges to climb, tall climbs, loose boulder hills, several tippy turns and drops.
